No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services — including immediate access to AI trading signals, notifications, and platform features — we do not offer refunds on any subscription or plan purchase once payment has been processed.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Access to our platform and signals begins immediately upon payment. The value of our service is delivered from the moment your account is activated. As with other digital information services, the content cannot be returned once accessed.
Exceptions
In the rare event of a technical error resulting in double charges or unauthorized billing, please contact us immediately at support@7figurestrading.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
